One pull. See what your toothbrush missed.
Your toothbrush cleans your teeth. Your tongue holds the rest.
Four steps, under a minute.
1. Pick your scraper
Start with the one that feels best. The spoon is the gentlest if you're new.
2. Reach back gently
Stick out your tongue and place the edge as far back as feels comfortable.
3. Pull forward
Light pressure, back to tip. Rinse the scraper and repeat 5–10 times.
4. Rinse and done
Rinse your mouth, then brush as usual. Once a day, in the morning, is enough.

Questions, answered
Try all four. The U-shaped wire covers the most tongue in one pull. The spoon is the gentlest. The two loops (large and small) give a firmer scrape for different tongue widths.
Usually only at first. Start mid-tongue, breathe out slowly through your nose while you scrape, and move a little further back each day.
It shouldn't. Use light pressure; the edges are smooth and rounded. If it stings, press more lightly.
Once a day is enough, ideally in the morning before brushing.
Rinse under warm water after each use. Now and then, wash with mild soap, dry fully and store it in the tin.
