Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You may return your item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at support@breathinex.com before sending anything back. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@breathinex.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, contact us at support@breathinex.com to get started. Once your return is accepted and we receive the item, we will ship out a replacement at no additional charge.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a European Union address, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@breathinex.com.
